year old,
non-profit, hospice program in the
North Penn and Indian Valley regions
of Montgomery County, PA.
Responsible for the overall
operations
of the hospice program, program development, as well as Medicare and
JCAHO compliance and HR responsibilities.
Previous management
experience required.

Weekend
Central Station Clinician
Saturday & Sunday (2 hours/day) and some holidays
We are looking for a new
telehealth team member who is ready to significantly impact the
quality of life
of North Penn VNA telehealth pateints.
As the Central Station
Nurse, you will review and respond to data transmitted from
monitored patients to the central station computer.
You will provide telephone
triage for patients with alert conditions, coordinate follow-up
care, communicate abnormal readings to patient’s nurse and/or
physician and provide supporting data as requested.
In addition you will trouble
shoot monitor issues with patients and coordinate monitor
installations on the weekends.
PA nursing license with 2
years of med/surg experience required.
BSN preferred.
Cardiac experience strongly preferred. Homecare experience a plus.

Home Care RNs
Weekend/PRN
Compassionate, self-starting RNs to provide
in-home nursing care to patients after a hospitalization or rehab
stay.
1 year of Med-Surg experience. Home
Care experience a plus. Computer skills are
necessary - we use laptop computers in the field.
PA nursing license, driver's license and reliable transportation
required. We provide care to patients who live within a 12-15
mile radius of Lansdale.

terminally ill patients, and support to their families in the North

Work with a team of
professionals to provide dignity and comfort during times of illness
and end of life.
Our service area is within a 12-15 mile radius
of Lansdale, PA (19446).
1 year of Med-Surg experience required. Hospice
or home care experience a plus. Computer skills are
necessary - we use laptop computers in the field.
PA nursing license, driver's license and reliable transportation
required.
We offer paid mileage - currently at the IRS
rate, generous time off, health and dental insurance, 401 K, and
tuition reimbursement for full time employees.

Speech Therapists
Contract Positions
Your Hours - Your Schedule
Looking for a flexible person to deliver
Speech Language Pathology services to patients in their homes.
We usually have 2-3 cases at a time.
This would be great for a Speech Therapist who is looking to
supplement their income, or one who wants some part-time income and
still be home with family.
PA therapy license and reliable transportation required. Home care
experience preferred, but not required.

at a maximum level
- Educating caregivers how to sustain OT
